Support for the OX Floors apps. Both require an account provisioned by your
administrator.

OX Install
iPhone and iPad
The field app for OX Floors installation crews, service technicians,
operations staff, field auditors, and warehouse staff. Access requires an
OX Floors account.
Common questions
- I can't sign in. Your login is provisioned by your administrator. If your
account isn't active or you need a reset, email [email protected].
- I don't see my schedule or jobs. Your account must be linked to your crew.
Ask your operations manager, or contact support.
- Photos won't upload. The app saves your work on the device and uploads
automatically when you're back on a connection.
- The app asks for Face ID / passcode. That protects customer photos and job
data on your device; it's required on each cold launch.
Live Lucky Companies Displays
Apple TV
Turns a television into a live sales, install or call-centre board for an
office. A screen is paired once and then updates on its own — nobody signs in
on the television, and there is nothing to reset each morning.
Setting up a screen
- Pair it. Open the app on the Apple TV. It shows a six-character code.
In OX-CRM, go to Setup → Displays, add the screen, and enter that code.
- Choose what it shows. Assign the screen a dashboard from the same page.
You can change it at any time, from any office — the television follows.
- From the remote. Swipe down on the Siri Remote to pick a different board
for that screen. Press Menu to leave it as it is.
Common questions
- It says "Waiting to be paired". The code hasn't been claimed yet. Enter it
under Setup → Displays in OX-CRM. Codes rotate, so use the one currently on screen.
- It says "No layout assigned". The screen is paired but has no dashboard.
Assign one under Setup → Displays.
- I want to see what a board looks like before pairing anything. Press
Play/Pause on the Siri Remote at any waiting screen to enter a demonstration
mode with sample figures. No account or pairing is needed, and the sample
data is fictitious. Press it again for a second board, and once more to
return.
- The numbers look out of date. Boards refresh on their own, on an
interval set per dashboard. If one is stale, check the television's network
connection — the app deliberately keeps the last good board on screen rather
than going blank, so a screen that has lost its connection still looks
normal.
- Can I watch a board without an Apple TV? Yes. In OX-CRM, go to
Operations → Watch Displays.
- Who can change what a screen shows? Anyone with Displays access in
OX-CRM, plus anyone holding the remote for that television.
